(1) The Council may recognize the examination and training provided by foreign accounting professional organizations and such organizations after taking the prior approval of the Government of Nepal.
(2) The council shall maintain a list of recognized institutions in accordance with sub-section (1) and it shall not be necessary to complete the process under section 26 regarding the recognition of the examinations taken and the training provided by the institutions included in such list.
